SDL Passolo is our specific software localisation tool. It enables us to significantly speed up professional translation of graphical user interfaces (GUI).

Collaborations

DDT Deutsche Terminologie – Tag e.V is a forum for all those who deal with terminology and terminology research. It has set itself the target of contributing to technical communication problems through advice and coordination, as well as by organising symposia and workshops. At two-year intervals, the DTT e.V. organises symposia for dealing with terminological issues and current topics in terminology research.

We use our long-standing membership of tekom, which is the largest professional association for technical and comunication enhancement in Europe, for comprehensive information exchange with approximately 8,500 members. So we always remain abreast of developments. It sees itself as a platform for exchanging information and experience, promotes education and training and the professionalism of its members. The tekom association is committed to raising the profile of technical communication in companies and the general public. It addresses all those who are involved in technical communication or in other areas of information development and information management. The aim of the association is to promote the professional policies and business interests of all persons involved in technical communication and documentation. The association is internationally-oriented. It is open to interested parties from all countries and wants to assist its members to successfully pursue their professional and business interests at an international level. It is committed to respecting national peculiarities, other cultures and languages in business dealings and to promoting multilingualism.

We use the Across Language Server as an additional software platform for our language resources, to control translation workflows and for our terminology management. Membership in further professional and trade associations also assures the high quality standards at Proverb.
